Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM the following day.

We require a 20% advance payment. The release of keys is conditional upon the payment of the remaining balance for the service, no later than the day of check-in.

For group bookings and events, we collect a security deposit of 1000 PLN. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure.

During the summer season (from June 1st to September 30th), the minimum rental period is three days. Outside the summer season, the minimum stay is one day. Special rental rules apply during holidays and long weekends.

Arrivals with dogs or other pets are possible after prior contact with the property owner.

All guests can freely use WiFi throughout the entire property and the monitored on-site parking. Please park cars in the gravel parking area and avoid driving up to the building. An electric car charger is available for guests.

If you wish to have breakfast, please inform us at least one day in advance by 11:00 AM.

It is possible to order a stocked fridge with breakfast items or have breakfast delivered to the apartment or garden. Please inform us of your interest in the breakfast offer at least one day in advance by 11:00 AM.

If you don’t feel like cooking, you can order the delivery of healthy lunch dishes from our collaborating producers of organic food – just for reheating.

Please notify us a few hours in advance if you intend to use the sauna.

Several bikes for adults and children are available for guests. You can also use a cargo bike or an attachable child trailer.

In the building, there is one laundry room for all apartments and a utility room with an ironing board and iron.

We provide linen bedding, guest bathrobes, and beach towels in the apartments.

Apartments are cleaned before the arrival of guests. Additional cleaning with a change of bed linen is a paid service. Please inform us of your interest in the service by 11:00 AM.

Please promptly inform us of any defects or faulty equipment. In the case of necessary repairs or technical troubleshooting, the timing of the work will be coordinated with the guests.

We provide four apartments for your use. Each one is designed to make you feel at home. We trust that you will take care of this space as if it were your own and assume responsibility (including financial responsibility) for any potential damages.

Out of respect for the natural materials – historic wood, clay, and stone – please refrain from wearing shoes inside the apartments.

While our guesthouse is not located in the wilderness and is not isolated, the interiors and surroundings offer an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, providing a space for serenity and self-reflection. As we rent out four apartments simultaneously, we kindly ask for consideration towards the comfort of other guests, allowing everyone to find tranquility and relaxation from their daily routines. Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. If your friends or family are in the vicinity, they are welcome to visit, provided they adhere to the existing rules and do not disturb the peace of other guests.

We aim to minimize our carbon footprint and support biodiversity. Waste segregation is mandatory. Remember to turn off lights in areas not in use at the moment.

The house is constructed with wood, surrounded by a historic wooden arcade house with a history of over 200 years. Due to this, smoking cigarettes and starting fires are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine of 500 PLN. However, you are welcome to use the provided grill in our designated area.

Upon concluding your stay at Tilia Authentic Home, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it.

We believe you will leave Tilia Authentic Home refreshed and relaxed, ready to return to reality. Before leaving, please close the windows and ensure all your belongings are taken with you. Any items left behind can be sent to the guest’s specified address at their expense upon request.
